These cookies are very tasty and filling, nutty on the outside and sweet and creamy on the inside.

Ingredients
- Dates: 6 oz / 170 gr
- Almonds: 6 oz / 170 gr
- Walnuts: 2.8 oz / 80 gr
- Cocoa: 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon
- Salt
Toppings
- Ground walnuts
- Sesame seeds
- Ground pistachios
- Coconut flakes
How to prepare
- Remove the kernels from the dates and put the dates in a pot.
- Add a few tablespoons of water and cocoa.
- Put them on the stove, on low heat, for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes on the stove, pour the warm mix in a mixer.
- Put the the almonds in the mixer also.
- Start the mixer on low speed.
- Then, increase the speed gradually.
- Grind until the almonds are finely chopped.
- At the end, add the walnuts and a pinch of salt and mix for 1 more minute.
- Put the mix in a bowl.
- Make them into ping pong sized balls and roll them through the toppings.
