If you’re like me, you may have have some leftover pumpkins from Halloween. Don’t throw them away - you can make a really delicious soup out of them!

Ingredients:
- 1.3lb / 600gr pumpkin (remove the peel)
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 carrots
- 4 sticks of celery
- 3 Tbsp of lard
- salt
How to make
- Put all the ingredients in a pressure cooker.
- Add water up the sign on the inner pot (depends on your pressure cooker type).
- Cook for 30 min with the release valve in the “closed” position. This will make sure the soup retains the flavor from all the ingredients.
Almost forgot the final step: serve and enjoy! The soup is ready.
