Ingredients
- Lard: 1 tbsp
- 2 eggs
- Grated cheese (mix of Cheddar & Swiss): 1.5 cup (185 gr)
- Flax meal: 1 tbsp
- Spices: oregano, black pepper, garlic powder, rosemary
- Tomato sauce: 1 tbsp
- Chopped peppers
- Sliced olives
- Chopped red onions
- Fried sausages
How to make
- Melt the lard in the pan at low temperature.
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl until fully mixed.
- Add 1/2 of the grated cheese and mix.
- Add the flax meal and mix.
- Add the spices and mix some more.
- Pour the mix into the heated pan.
- Cook on low heat for 4 minutes.
- Flip using a plate.
- Spread the tomato sauce.
- Sprinkle half of the remaining cheese.
- Add the chopped peppers, sausages, olives and chopped onions.
- Add the remaining cheese.
- Cover with a lid and cook for another 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
The pizza is now ready. Remove from the pan and place on a chopping board to cut it into slices.
