Keto pizza

Ingredients

  • Lard: 1 tbsp
  • 2 eggs
  • Grated cheese (mix of Cheddar & Swiss): 1.5 cup (185 gr)
  • Flax meal: 1 tbsp
  • Spices: oregano, black pepper, garlic powder, rosemary
  • Tomato sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Chopped peppers
  • Sliced olives
  • Chopped red onions
  • Fried sausages

How to make

  • Melt the lard in the pan at low temperature.
  • Whisk the eggs in a bowl until fully mixed.
  • Add 1/2 of the grated cheese and mix.
  • Add the flax meal and mix.
  • Add the spices and mix some more.
  • Pour the mix into the heated pan.
  • Cook on low heat for 4 minutes.
  • Flip using a plate.
  • Spread the tomato sauce.
  • Sprinkle half of the remaining cheese.
  • Add the chopped peppers, sausages, olives and chopped onions.
  • Add the remaining cheese.
  • Cover with a lid and cook for another 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.

The pizza is now ready. Remove from the pan and place on a chopping board to cut it into slices.
