This lemon cake recipe is very easy to make! It uses only vegan ingredients to create a buttery, sweet and sour taste that makes you lick your fingers!

Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 1 ripe ground banana
- 330 g (0.73 lb) oats
- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
Glazing
- Sweetener (erythritol)
- Grated lemon / orange peel
How to prepare
- Put all the liquids in a bowl.
- Put the ground bananas and the melted coconut oil and mix.
- Pour the lemon juice and mix.
- Add the oats, then mix thoroughly.
- Put everything on a baking sheet, in a 8” x 8” (20cm x 20cm) tray.
Prepare the glazing
- Mix the sweetener with water and lemon juice.
- Pour it on top of the composition.
- Sprinkle it with orange peel.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, the cake can be cut into pieces.
The cake is now ready to serve!
