Keto "oatmeal"

Ingredients

  • Coconut milk: 185 ml
  • Cinnamon: 3 gr
  • Stevia (natural sweetener): 1 packets
  • Flax meal: 2 tsp (9 gr)
  • Chia seeds: 2 tsp (10 gr)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Almond flour: 2 tsp (15 gr)
  • Hemp hearts: 2 tsp (13 gr)
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Cacao nibs

How to make

  • Pour the coconut milk in a saucepan
  • Place the saucepan on the stove or on a hot plate
  • Add the hemp hearts
  • Add the chia seeds
  • Mix them thoroughly
  • Add the almond flour and keep mixing
  • Add the flax meal
  • Add the natural sweetener
  • Add a pinch of salt
  • Mix everything well
  • At the end, add the cinnamon
  • Remove from the stove and put it in a bowl
  • Decorate with berries and cacao nibs
