A Delicious Low-carb Porridge Substitute

Ingredients
- Coconut milk: 185 ml
- Cinnamon: 3 gr
- Stevia (natural sweetener): 1 packets
- Flax meal: 2 tsp (9 gr)
- Chia seeds: 2 tsp (10 gr)
- A pinch of salt
- Almond flour: 2 tsp (15 gr)
- Hemp hearts: 2 tsp (13 gr)
- Raspberries
- Blueberries
- Cacao nibs
How to make
- Pour the coconut milk in a saucepan
- Place the saucepan on the stove or on a hot plate
- Add the hemp hearts
- Add the chia seeds
- Mix them thoroughly
- Add the almond flour and keep mixing
- Add the flax meal
- Add the natural sweetener
- Add a pinch of salt
- Mix everything well
- At the end, add the cinnamon
- Remove from the stove and put it in a bowl
- Decorate with berries and cacao nibs
