This is a great recipe for those of you with a “sweet tooth”, yet health-conscious! It doesn’t need sugar, flour or baking.

Healthy Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas,
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or any nut butter
  • Rum extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: walnuts

How to make

  • Break the bananas into pieces and grind them with a mixer.
  • Add 2 tbsp of melted coconut oil.
  • Add 2 tbsp of peanut butter and continue to mix.
  • Add 2 tbsp of cocoa powder and a pinch of salt into the mix.
  • Pour a bit of rum extract.
  • You can also add some walnuts.
  • Put the mix in a tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Spred the mix to fill the tray and to obtain a relatively flat and even surface.
  • Sprinkle the ground walnuts on top.
  • Refrigerate for one hour.
  • After one hour, you can cut it into small squares.
