This is a great recipe for those of you with a “sweet tooth”, yet health-conscious! It doesn’t need sugar, flour or baking.

Ingredients
- 2 bananas,
- 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp peanut butter or any nut butter
- Rum extract
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: walnuts
How to make
- Break the bananas into pieces and grind them with a mixer.
- Add 2 tbsp of melted coconut oil.
- Add 2 tbsp of peanut butter and continue to mix.
- Add 2 tbsp of cocoa powder and a pinch of salt into the mix.
- Pour a bit of rum extract.
- You can also add some walnuts.
- Put the mix in a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Spred the mix to fill the tray and to obtain a relatively flat and even surface.
- Sprinkle the ground walnuts on top.
- Refrigerate for one hour.
- After one hour, you can cut it into small squares.
