A traditional Eastern European cake usually made at Easter.

Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- Stevia: 5 sachets
- Powder sweetener
- Cottage cheese: 1.1 lb (500 gr)
- Melted butter: 1/4 cup (100 gr)
- Salt: a pinch
- Lemon and orange zest
- Raisins soaked in rum essence 1/2 cup (75 gr)
How to make
- Separate the yolks from the whites
- Mix the yolks with the stevia
- Add the cottage cheese to the yolks and mix
- Add the melted butter and keep mixing
- Add the lemon and orange zest and mix some more
- Add the raisins soaked in rum essence
- Whip the egg whites separately and add them to the above mix
- Stir everything gently
- Pour the mix in a 8.5” (21.5 cm) round tray
- Garnish with sliced almonds
- Bake at 347 F (175 C) for 1 hour
- Let it cool for 15 minutes
- Powder with sweetener
