A delicious irresistible keto cake that I could eat every day!

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- sweetener: 1/2 cup (115g) + 3 sachets
- butter: 2oz (50 gr)
- vanilla
- coconut flour: 2 tbsp.
- cocoa: 1/4 cup
- a pinch of salt
- cream cheese: 13oz (375gr)
- coconut cream: 1/4 pint (120ml)
- dark chocolate: 3.5oz (100gr)
- hot milk: 1/3 cup (85ml)
- cocoa nibs
How to make
The base
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
- Whisk the egg whites until you get a smooth and rich cream.
- Add the yolks.
- Add the melted butter.
- Add a pinch of salt.
- Add some vanilla.
- Add the cocoa.
- Mix everything well.
- Line a 8” x 8” tray (20cm x 20cm) with parchment paper.
- Put the well mixed ingredients in the tray.
- Bake at 375F (190C) for 12 - 15 minutes.
While the base is baking, prepare the cream.
The cream
- Put the cream cheese and the coconut cream in a mixer.
- Add a pinch of salt.
- Add 3 sachets of sweetener.
- Add the vanila.
- Mix everything well.
The base should be ready by now, let it cool.
The chocolate glazing
- Cut the dark chocolate in small pieces.
- Put them in a bowl.
- Add hot milk.
- Mix everything well until it becomes a cream.
Assembling the cake
- Put the cake base in a glass bowl.
- Put the cream on top.
- Spread the cream evenly, filling any gaps at the bowl’s edges.
- Pour the chocolate glazing on top.
- Spread carefully until you get an even layer.
- Sprinkle some cocoa nibs on top
