A delicious Banana Chocolate Cake Recipe, no eggs, no sugar, no flour, no baking and very easy to make.

Ingredients
- 6 ripe bananas: 3 for the cream, 3 for layers. Optionally 1 banana for topping.
- Peanut butter: 1/2 cup (100 gr)
- Almond flour: 1/2 cup (50 gr)
- Ground walnuts: 1.25 cup (150 gr)
- Cocoa: 2 tbsp (12 gr)
- Dark chocolate or cocoa: 200 gr (for glazing)
- Coconut milk: 1/2 cup (150 gr)
- A pinch of salt
- (Optional) Cocoa nibs and coconut flakes
How to make
Cake preparation
- Break 3 of the bananas into pieces and put them in a mixer
- Mix them well until they become creamy
- Pour the mix in a bowl
- Add peanut butter
- Add the ground walnuts
- Add the cocoa
- Mix everything well
- Place half of the mix in a 6” x 6” (15 cm x 15 cm) bowl
- Spread evenly to obtain the first cake layer
- Put a layer of slices bananas on top of it
- Put the remaining mix on top of the sliced banana layer
- Put everything in the fridge for a few hours
Glazing preparation
- Steam the chocolate
- Add the coconut milk
- Add a pinch of salt
- Remove it from the heat and mix well
Finishing up
- Once both the cake and the glazing are ready, spread the glazing on top of the cake
- Add some more sliced bananas on the top of the glazing
- Sprinkle the cocoa nibs and coconut flakes on top of everything
